PTFE Inner Vessel "TV Series"

The PTFE Vessel TV series is a high-pressure decomposition reaction container with a PTFE inner lining, suitable for zeolite synthesis, hydrothermal synthesis, research and development of nanomaterials and functional materials, and subcritical water applications. The container has a thermal limit temperature of 260°C and can be used for tests up to 7.83 MPa. Standard capacities are available in four sizes: 25ml, 50ml, 75ml, and 100ml. Reactions within the PTFE inner vessel can accommodate a wide range of fluids, from acids to alkaline solutions. The vessel can also be made from materials such as PEEK and corrosion-resistant alloys, and components other than the inner container are compatible. It is lightweight and compact, making it easy to handle. The corrosion-resistant alloy vessel ZV series is a high-pressure decomposition reaction container suitable for zeolite synthesis, hydrothermal synthesis, research and development of nanomaterials and functional materials, and subcritical water applications. It can be used for tests at a design temperature of 300°C and up to 8.59 MPa. The standard capacities are available in four sizes: 25ml, 50ml, 75ml, and 100ml. Reactions within the corrosion-resistant alloy inner vessel allow for a wide range of fluids, from acids to alkaline solutions, with optimal material selection. The vessel can be made from PEEK or PTFE, and most components other than the inner container are nearly interchangeable.
